Mogadishu (LM) The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, MP Isaaq Mahamud Mursal, today welcomed the Deputy Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Ms. Ugochi Daniels, in Mogadishu, discussing the cooperation between Somalia and the organization.
The meeting focused on enhancing collaboration between Somalia and IOM in key areas such as humanitarian response, recovery, preparedness, and adaptation to climate change.
During her visit, Ms. Daniels is scheduled to meet with Somali government officials to strengthen cooperation and coordinate development and humanitarian initiatives.
