Mogadishu (LM) The Governor of the Banadir Region Administration and Mayor of Mogadishu, Dr.Hassan Mohamed Hussein (Munaab), today chaired a meeting with district officials, focusing on accelerating security, urban beautification, and social services in the capital.
The district mayor presented reports on the overall situation in their respective districts and how the public is responding to the services provided.
Dr. Hassan Mohamed Hussein Mungab urged the district administrations to strengthen their cooperation and collaboration with the security agencies of the Federal Government of Somalia to ensure the safety of citizens.
Additionally, the Secretary-General of the Banadir Region Administration, Ms. Bilan Bile Maxamuud, representing the Chairman on the ongoing Cleanliness Campaign in the capital, stated that significant progress has been made in implementing the Cleanliness Campaign schedule, following the guidance and directives of the Mayor of Mogadishu.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of Security and Politics, Mr. Maxamed Axmed Diiriye (Yabooh), the Deputy Chairman of Public Works, Mr. Cabdimajiid Daahir Aadan, Secretary-General of the Banadir Region Administration, Ms. Bilan Bile Maxamuud, and directors from the Xamar Local Government.
