Jowhar (LM) The President of Hirshabelle State, Mr. Ali Abdullahi Hussein (Ali Guudlawe), extends warm congratulations to all Somali workers, particularly those in Hirshabelle State, as we celebrate International Workers’ Day today.
International Workers’ Day is an annual occasion to honor the achievements of the workers’ movement globally. It is a day to recognize the contributions of workers who dedicate themselves to improving their own lives and the communities they serve.
On this day, workers around the world enjoy a well-deserved break from their duties. In Hirshabelle State, all employees are granted a day off to celebrate their hard work and commitment.
President Ali Guudlawe noted, “Somali workers have made significant contributions at various levels, and it is essential to protect their rights and ensure their well-being.”
In conclusion, the President has instructed the Hirshabelle State Civil Service Commission and the relevant Ministers to ensure that all employees adhere to the standard of completing 8 hours of work each day.
