Banadir Regional Police Ensure Secure Voter Registration

Mogadishu (LM) Banadir Regional Police Chief Mahdi Omar Mumin announced that the police, in collaboration with regional security forces, successfully facilitated a secure environment for voter registration ahead of the upcoming individual and voter elections.
In a statement to the press, Chief Mumin expressed pride in the efforts made to ensure the safety of citizens participating in the registration process. “The police, in cooperation with the security forces of the Banadir region, made it possible for us to register for the individual and voter elections in a secure manner,” he stated.
