11 Killed as Kenyan Police Open Fire on Anti-Government Protesters

The unrest, sparked by widespread discontent over police brutality, corruption, and the soaring cost of living, saw thousands take to the streets to demand President William Ruto’s resignation.
Protesters gathered in various locations across the capital, Nairobi, lighting bonfires and confronting police barricades.
