“We cannot stand still. We must move forward and give the Somali people a chance,” Laftagareen stated, highlighting the urgency of implementing reforms and facilitating official elections. His remarks come amid ongoing discussions about the political landscape and the necessity for inclusive governance.
The president underscored that establishing a functioning state is vital for the country’s stability and development. “Restoring democracy and ensuring that the voices of our citizens are heard is essential for our future,” he added.
