Federal Minister of Energy and Water Resources Meets Delegation from SSC-Khaatumo Administration

Mogadishu (LM) The Federal Minister of Energy and Water Resources, H.E. Abdullahi Bidhan Warsame, hosted a high-level delegation of ministers from the SSC-Khaatumo Administration at his office in Mogadishu.
The delegation included the SSC-Khaatumo Ministers of Energy and Water Resources, Finance, and Planning. During the meeting, the visiting ministers provided Minister Bidhan with an update on the overall situation in their region, highlighting ongoing efforts in governance and the state-building process in SSC-Khaatumo. They also commended Minister Bidhan for his leadership and achievements in advancing critical initiatives within Somalia’s energy and water sectors.
Minister Bidhan expressed his gratitude for the delegation’s visit and reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to supporting SSC-Khaatumo’s development efforts. He underscored the importance of collaboration in safeguarding the progress made in governance, security, and development, which are key pillars of Somalia’s stability and growth.
“This meeting reflects our shared vision for a united and prosperous Somalia,” said Minister Bidhan. “We will continue to work together to ensure that all regions, including SSC-Khaatumo, benefit from sustainable development and improved governance.”
The discussions also focused on strengthening partnerships between the Federal Government and regional administrations to address challenges in energy, water resources, and infrastructure development. Both sides emphasized the need for coordinated efforts to improve service delivery and enhance the livelihoods of communities across Somalia.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to fostering unity and continued dialogue between the Federal Government and SSC-Khaatumo Administration as they work towards building a stable and prosperous future for the Somali people.
