Somalia Launches Training on Civil Service Pay and Grading Policy

Mogadishu (LM) The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Yusuf Mohamed Adan, officially inaugurated a training program today for sub-committees of government ministries and agencies focused on the implementation of the Civil Service Pay and Grading Policy.

This training is a significant initiative aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of public service in Somalia. The Civil Service Pay and Grading Policy is designed to promote transparency, fairness, and professionalism within the public sector, ensuring that civil servants are compensated for their roles and responsibilities.
